  • ½-day training includes: Barriers to creative thinking and 3 techniques to overcome them.
  • One-day training includes: ½ day + 2 to 3 hour team building event to immediately apply the techniques we learned.
  • Two-day training includes One-day training + Teamwork and Leadership skills to augment the group interactions and problem solving.

Sales Training

The program includes 90% interaction between your sales people practicing the tools and skills, and 10% guided instruction from an experienced sales trainer. Interactive training is fun and is proven to provide better ROI and training results than a lecture format. Try training without PowerPoints and see the difference in attention, engagement, and application in the field.

Sales people will learn how to apply exciting new research about human behavior to get more sales. They will practice using “quick-skills” to identify client’s personality styles, values, speech patterns and other helpful information to become more likable to a larger audience. Sales people will practice and learn how to listen at a deeper level, how to use a 360 approach to get answers to key questions, and how to open up reluctant potential clients and get them talking.

  • ½-day training includes: How we limit ourselves, How to apply current research on human behavior to get more sales, personality styles, values, communication and deep listening.
  • One-day training includes: ½ day training + Equal partner status, Image of a sales person, Creating your brand, 360 questioning, “Primacy Effect”, and 2 to 4 hour team building event.
  • Two-day training includes One-Day training + role play activities designed to share best practices and normalize procedures for prospecting and client retention.
